How to manage contents

Ⅰ. Add media files

 

1.Find media management on the home page, the content of this page is empty for the first time.

 

2.Click the add button on the upper corner , upload your materials.

 

 

3.The platform supports three types of uploaded materials: media files, web pages, voice broadcasts.

 

4.When you choose media file, then can upload audio, video and pictures.

 

5.When you choose web page, then can enter a web address.

 

Notes: The prefix of the web address should be "https://"

 

6.When you choose voice broadcasts, then can enter a paragraph of text.

Notes: This text can be published to the screen and broadcast in the form of AI voice.

 

 

Ⅱ. Online design

 

1. Find "Content Management" in the left frame of the homepage, and click the "Add" button in the upper right corner to find "My Design".

 

 

2.Click to enter "My design" to quickly create pictures, videos, posters, etc.

Ⅲ. Manage media files

 

1.Find Content Management, click the uploaded materials.

 

2.Enter to the page of material, you can choose Edit or Delete the material.

 

 

Ⅳ. Add zone list

 

1.Find Zone on the home page, the content of this page is empty for the first time.

 

2.Click the add button, you can create zone.

 

3.On the page of new zone, you can find all the uploaded materials.

 

4.Click the required material to add it directly to the "Zone Details" in the right column.

 

 

5. Click the "" icon in front of the corresponding material in "Grid Details" to drag the mouse to quickly adjust the placement of the material in the grid.

 

 

 Ⅴ. Add playlist

 

1.Find Playlist on the home page, the content of this page is empty for the first time.

 

2.Click the add button on the upper right corner to create playlist.

 

3.On the page of new playlist, you can find all the uploaded materials.

 

4.Click on the required material, add it to list-and-detail.

 

 

5.Move the mouse over the material in "list details",  realize quick modify of playback time.

 

 

 

6. Drag the Icon    realize quick modify of Play order.

 

Ⅵ. Add programme

 

1. Find Programme, notice that the page is valid for the first time. 


2. Click the Add button in the upper right corner to create channel.


3. Enter the name of channel on the page, Select screen group.


4. Add published date, validity period indicates published period.


Notes: The published period can be set to play every Monday within a month.

 

 

5. Select published content, you can add content to publish.

 

Notes: If there is a prepared playlist or zone, it will also be shown in the right frame.

 

6. Each material can be set with "start time"  and "duration".

 

Notes: Duration cannot exceed 24 hours minus Start Time.

 

7. About the publish content, the default playback mode of pictures, videos, web pages, etc. is "continuous playback", and audio files can be set to "interval playback"

Notes: When the content of the same screen is in the same period of time, try to avoid overlap.

 

 

8. The created "programme" needs to be entered into the program channel list by the administrator of the corresponding merchant, select the corresponding "program channel" for review, and can only be used after the review is passed.

 

Ⅶ. Storage capacity management

 

1.Find "Content Management" in the left frame of the home page, there's a remaining capacity display bar at the bottom of this page.

 

2.Click " Capacity Management" to enter the page.

 

 

3.You can see your activation record on this page, when you need to increase the capacity, please purchase the activation code.
